Get out on the water and discover Oak Bay! An incredible history of ghosts,rumrunners,the Cadborosaurus monster and Aboriginal history .We will cruise around Discovery Island and see the new mural in honour of our famous wolf "Takaya".We will also visit a seal and bird sanctuary.

The Race Rocks Ecological reserve is one of the richest marine wildlife areas on the West Coast, seals , sea-lions,elephant seals,otters and birds.
We will cruise the Victoria/Metchosin waterfront and Fisgard Lighthouse. The wildlife and scenery are spectacular.

We will explore the home of Takaya (Staqeya) the lone Sea Wolf who mysteriously appeared and lived for 8 years on the Discovery/Chatham Islands.
His story and tragic end is an epic tale of struggle and survival.

Circumnavigate one of the most tragic places in B.C. history , The D'Arcy Island Leper Colony. A stop on Sidney Island for a hike or swim.If you love Dungeness Crab we could try our luck and have lunch! Oak Bay Tours believes in responsible stewardship of our environment and its animals. We believe that the Southern Resident Killer Whales in our area are under a great amount of stress and we have chosen not to deliberately engage in Whale Watching.
